I've never had a duo buddy as such
My question though is by having such a setup, will it generate interest/business? Or are they more hassle than their worth?

Offering duo means extra money. Also, if I'm not mistaken this service is expensive than a regular meeting.

Duo is fun Babe you should try and @adrianalwaysdtf is right, it's extra rate but it's really up to you. 

You better find a good duo partner that you can work and compatible with.
