In real life, I hang around the house in my jeans all day. Obviously, I want to make an effort when considering meeting men, but what do you all actually wear if they don't give you a specific request?

Depends on where we will be meeting. If it's something fancy like a nice restaurant, I'll dress fancy. If it's his hotel room, I'll dress something sexy or sexy with a twist 😁
