It would be best to work on weekends. Weekends is the busy days since most men are free and looking to unwind at these times. Also, I think your location will also matter, if you're like in the city then you'll definitely get more bookings.
it actually depends on luck for me. there are times that I booked a lot during ordinary days and nothing on holidays.
