It can be unsettling when a strange number pops up on your phone. I usually don’t answer if I don’t recognize the caller, but my curiosity always gets the best of me! Sometimes, it’s just a telemarketer or an automated message trying to sell something. But sometimes, it feels a bit sketchy, and I wonder who’s trying to reach me.

It's usually a scam.

I always avoid those with odd phone numbers, it's a red flag for me.

Hi, i'm new here and noticed that some phone numbers aren't working. They look like UK numbers as they have the +44 at the start, but then the first digit of the rest of the number is 8.

Eg +44 8 123 4567

Am i missing something here or does this just indicate a fake ad?

The system here uses phone numbers by default, all start with +44 and from my experience, some of the ladies dont use uk pn (so +44 doesnt make sense).
It doesnt necessary means its a fake ad but i wouldnt risk it. some of them are scammers.

i usually go for verified ads, more chances youre not getting scammed

cheers!
