It's all good man. I don't think it's a stupid question. Many people think that the sex is guaranteed but that's wrong. That's the difference between a prostitute and an escort. They can refuse to have sex with you if they want. Prostitutes can't. So the sex isn't guaranteed. You need to play your part to have a good time.

As an escort, I have the luxury to say no to sex if I want to. I like having the flexibility. I'm not bound to have sex with a man. If I don't like him, if he's no clean, if he's not respectful and gentle with me, then I can always say no. But I do agree with what Chris has said. I must accept that I have had sex with my clients 99% of the time. I know that client expect sex. I like to look after them. It's just on a rare occasion, I end up with clients that I wouldn't want to have sex with. Then I say no but that's very very rare.

Nope, escorts doesn't always want to have sex with you, there are instances where they would decline and they are allowed to do that. It totally depends on them and if you want to have sex with the escort, be a gentleman.
