Is it possible to search for reviews without being a member?

It is, but it's limited to 2-3 reviews only. 

Should i take those reviews on uk punting for granted? 

I reckon 80 and more percent of reviews there are real. They use the adultwork platform as a kind of validation that the meeting had really happened, and i think that is the strongest evidence they could provide besides the actual porn video or photo data of the session.
