I agree with @shirlybeans on this one. I don't have much knowledge with gays but I do know that a gay man don't go fuck around women anymore. So he is not completely gay at all. From the looks of it, its really weird but we do not know the whole story like maybe he was booking female escorts as a plus one on events since he is still uncomfortable to bring a boyfriend.
