The decision is on the clients, only that makes sense to me. Why would escorts choose who's the best SP? The clients are those who pay for and use the service - hence only they are capable of evaluating the SP's service quality. 

I just bumped into Divine Lolla's profile on adultwork and it looks like she's got a Sex worker of the year award. I'm curious about the whole procedure of the contest, what's the criteria, who has a permission to vote, clients or service providers, or both?
