Hi Will, I think the risks from oral are very low if you use mouthwash and gurgle it straight after (e.g. in their bathroom )  or if for some reason mouthwash is not availble make sure you have some anti bacterial throat lozenges in your bag and suck on one of them soon after !.  If oral sex was risky then far fewer S.P.s would offer it.
