I am thinking the opposite, I am paranoid that the escort will steal my money hahaha It happened to me in the past though so

I don't have cash around me really, I prefer cards. If they decide to steal that, I can easily call my bank to cancel the card and besides they don't kow the security pin lol. 

Hide it in the bank maybe and keep enough cash around for payment, food and tip..
