What lubes should be used for latex condoms? 

It's normally water based but it says condom safe on most packaging if it can be used with them. I use one from love honey especially for anal it does the job and is affordable.

Oils based lube can damage latex condoms, same for latex clothing. Not recommended for use with either. Of course not a problem with non-latex condoms.

If you're too tight, use lube freely. But if the problem continues after that, and it still causes you pain go to the doctor...
