as i understood, out of date are old/fake/inactive profiles 

i usually go for those verified or sometimes i risk and try some without, but i see her active on other websites

Inactive doesn't necessarily mean fake. Sometimes, it means that the girl is taking time off or probably already booked for months and months. The best way is to check if the profile has "VERIFIED" note or logo. That way, you know the girls identity and information was confirmed by the admins on this site.  

Of course there's fake accounts it is normal. I mean every website has so it's up to you to check the information and make sure you don't get scammed. You're luck this website offers that verified and active info in their girl's profile. I find that really really helpful.

I've been scammed a couple of times there, never again haha. So glad this website exists, at least here, I know if the girl is verified and if she's active or not.

What can we consider as fake account though? Like an account that does not have a profile picture? 

That don't mean it's fake. I didn't even know I was on here until few days ago. Someone email my private email. Expressing they had seen my profile from here. I wasn't very happy i was here ,as my main platform is Adult work. So I emailed ER. they expressed it was the punter who wrote my feed back on here ... hence why now I'm verified as ER activated this account for me. So I've updated everything.
