5. They have stupid ads. A LOT, sometimes you notice the ads than the face of the girl. lol

you can actually go directly to the agency if you have issues with the girl. If you did book an independent, you can still report to them and they ban accounts. I know from someone he did report a girl before and it's now gone from their website. but you're right, you cant get a refund from them if that's what you mean
