So I've been looking at escorts on Escortrankings.uk and there are so many great escorts. There are some beautiful looking escorts who are new to the scene. Then there are others who specialize in certain things. Some have plenty of experience along with great reputations. I personally am more concerend about looks at this point. What I'm struggling to wrap my head around is whether I should really focus on experience. I have seen a few young girls that I like very much but they seem to be very new to escorting. Should I give one of them a chance or should I go for someone with more experience?

Well, that's a dilemma you will face when you're hiring anyone, not just escorts. You will need to have a chat with these escorts to figure out whether they have the potential and enthusiasm to make up for their lack of experience. If they seem eager to do a good job, you should give one a chance. They need to start somewhere.

I'm a guy who likes to stick to experienced and reputed escorts... I honestly don't have the time to deal with girls who are new to the business... I wish I had... It's up to you man...

I've been an escort for a few years now. The beginning wasn't easy. There's a lot of competition out there and most clients look for reputed escorts. Looks do matter too. I'm glad that a few clients gave me the opportunity and helped me by writing reviews about their experience. I agree with what PleasureGiverFreddie just mentioned. Have a chat with them. See if they are professional and serious about their work. If they are, then give them a chance.

Alright guys. Thanks for your replies. I guess it would be easier to go with an escort who's experienced but since I've already done most of the hard work, I'll message a few of these upcoming ladies and see how that goes.

I always go with fresh escorts. They are a treat to work with. They know that they have plenty to learn so they do their best to make sure that you have a great time. More experienced escorts are difficult to work with in my opinion. The time they have dealt with clients have taught them to stick within certain boundaries. What's the fun in that?!

I prefer experienced escorts most of the time because I know that a good time is guaranteed with them but there are also times where I go with fresh escorts, especially when they look hot and damn attractive. 

I go with the fresh ones as I want to pay new out escorts, I wanna be the first one to discover if they are good or not and I quite enjoyed it when I get to book them when they are still starting and then after a year or two I'll see them again and get to see their progress.
