I go with the fresh ones as I want to pay new out escorts, I wanna be the first one to discover if they are good or not and I quite enjoyed it when I get to book them when they are still starting and then after a year or two I'll see them again and get to see their progress.

You will need to have a chat with these escorts to figure out whether they have the potential and enthusiasm to make up for their lack of experience. If they seem eager to do a good job, you should give one a chance. They need to start somewhere.

So I've been looking at escorts on Escortrankings.uk and there are so many great escorts. There are some beautiful looking escorts who are new to the scene. Then there are others who specialize in certain things. Some have plenty of experience along with great reputations. I personally am more concerend about looks at this point. What I'm struggling to wrap my head around is whether I should really focus on experience. I have seen a few young girls that I like very much but they seem to be very new to escorting. Should I give one of them a chance or should I go for someone with more experience?
